Is there a minimum night stay?

Normally the minimum stay is 7 nights, but if you see less than 7 nights available on our availability calendar, in between existing bookings, please send a request on the contact page for those dates.

What time can we arrive and leave the property?

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. You can ask for early or late check in/out if your flight times demand and we can arrange if there is no same day change over.

Can you organise transfers from the airport to the property?

Generally when we go to the property ourselves we either take a taxi, hire a car or more often than not we take the train and bus.  The taxi cost is around 55€.  Hire cars the cost varies considerably but Do You Spain website is our favourite which provides some amazing deals but be ware of the add-ons, insurance etc.  The cheapest is to get the train to Fuengirola and change to the 220 bus from Fuengirola to La Cala.  The train is under 3€ and bus less than 2€.  There is a train station in Malaga Airport and a single line service so you can’t go wrong and the end of the line is Fuengirola!!  The bus station is 50m from the train station and the La Cala bus stop 150m from our house.

Where do we pick the keys up from?

The keys to the property are deposited in the ‘key safe’ which is a small box located to the left of front door which has a 4-digit lock. Once you have made a booking you will be sent a four digit code giving you access to the keys. This also means you can travel directly to the house and when you leave just pop the keys back in the safe.

Is the property equipped with air conditioning?

The property is equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom and in the lounge, dining and kitchen.

Is there satellite TV?

We subscribe to on online service where TV is streamed to the property.  Full UK TV channels including ALL Sports, ALL Movies and other international channels.

Is there Internet access?

Yes we have 600Mbps fibre optic internet access.  Passwords are provided in the house.

Who would be our contact for anything we may need while we are there?

Our property managers will come and meet you with the first day of your stay at the house.  Cathy and/or Graham will introduce themselves so you can rest assured there is someone local to assist you.
